About This Assessment
This module evaluates your interpersonal skills and collaboration competencies as a gynaecologist. Unlike earlier modules covering emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, leadership, and communication skills, this assessment focuses specifically on how you build and maintain professional relationships, interdisciplinary coordination, and collaborative working practices across the clinical hierarchy.
Each scenario asks what you would actually do — not what you theoretically should do. There are no abstract principles here; only real-world situations drawn from OB-GYN practice.
